This contract provided for the construction of approximately 750 feet of water main replacement along Guide Meridian Road (SR 539). Work included the replacement of the existing water main, and installation of new valves, services, and hydrants. Also included was the restoration of existing driveway entrances, sidewalks, landscaped areas, and a concrete retaining wall along with restoring/moving storm drain pipes and catch basins. R&E developed the PS&E, provided construction management, and performed field engineering. R&E also coordinated with WSDOT, franchise utilities, and property and business owners.
