This state and federally funded project included ROW acquisition; reconstructing and widening 3,700 linear feet of street; installing curb, gutter and sidewalk; ADA facilities; bike lanes and bus pull outs; upgrading storm, sanitary sewer and water systems; and installing retaining walls. This project was in an area with over 52 residents located directly adjacent to the project and required extensive coordination with public and franchise utilities, property owners, local residents and City staff.
