The North End Regional Storm Water Facility provides flow control and enhanced treatment which will support development of approximately 80 acres in the commercial area north of Bakerview, between Pacific Highway and Northwest Avenue. Wetland mitigation for the pond impacts to wetlands is also being constructed within a City parcel to the North. Storm water treatment will be performed through the use of a storm water constructed wetland, which was found to be the most economical and functional method.

Analyzed drainage basins to determine service area and size conveyance system
Performed site evaluations to determine the most suitable location for wetland mitigation
