Since our founding in 1993 R&E has successfully completed hundreds of municipal projects working for a variety of organizations including cities, counties, parks departments, public utility districts, ports, water and sewer districts, tribes and for Washington State.  We have managed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Projects as well as projects funded by Local, State or Federal agencies. Our services include engineering design, construction project management and grant preparation.

Even though our team of experienced engineers, inspectors and project managers all possess extensive experience and expertise in their respective fields, we often form project design teams that include outside consultants and client staff. This expanded team approach enables us to leverage other professionals with specialized capabilities and local knowledge to help us design quality projects that fully meet the needs and objectives of the specific client and project.

Our firm maintains a complete state-of-the-art CADD department expertly trained in the field of design, modeling and mapping and our quality administrative group provides excellent support of the technical staff.
