R&E was part of a larger team on this project, which included the architects who designed the building. The civil portion involved performing all the site planning, permitting, and construction management for the development of the entire city hall property. This included all site utilities, a sanitary lift station for the basement, and new water lines which provided fire flow. A parking lot was also designed along with adjacent off-site street improvements. This included curb, gutter, sidewalk, ADA pedestrian facilities, and stormwater management systems.
