Reichhardt & Ebe assisted RW Droll with the park master planning process and then later provided construction inspection services for this multi-faceted park, which included clearing and grading of existing property, stormwater facilities, various park buildings, underground utility infrastructure, playground and spray park equipment, a paved bike pump track, parking, sidewalks, trails, six pedestrian bridges, and site plantings. Inspection services included providing construction oversight to assure construction complies with permit conditions, providing daily site inspections along with daily reports, field note records, and photo documentation. R&E’s inspector was also involved in coordinating material testing, quantity measurements, and monitoring the construction schedule.
