This project involved the demolition of an existing restroom building along with the foundation, and site preparations for the installation of a larger new CXT Precast Montrose restroom building. The work also included replacing utilities to the restroom, building a pad for the new restroom building, site restoration, and shoreline buffer enhancement planting. R&E provided complete design, permitting, bidding support, and construction management for this locally funded project.
