This project provided for the construction of an asphalt pavement parking lot with 110 new parking stalls, a pre-fabricated concrete restroom building, along with associated sewer, water, and electrical services. Work also included gravel infiltration trenches, channelization, and landscaping as well as a Rectangular Rapid Flash Beacon (RRFB) Crosswalk Warning System on Aaron Drive. R&E provided complete design, permitting, bidding support, and construction management for this locally funded project.
