Congratulations to the City of Sedro-Woolley on the official opening of the SR20 Widening and Bicycle / Pedestrian Improvements project.  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held on April 12, 2012 and was well attended by City, Skagit County and State officials.  Thanks again to the City of Sedro-Woolley for having R&E be a part of this great project.
