Reichhardt & Ebe Engineering is the project manager and lead engineer for the design of the 2,150 ft. extension of the Jim Kaemingk Sr. Trail from the Lynden City Park on Depot Rd. to Main St. The project includes ADA pedestrian crossings, a 10-foot wide paved multimodal trail, an elevated boardwalk adjacent to Fishtrap Creek, and a 120-ft span cable suspension bridge over Fishtrap Creek as well as wetland impact permitting and mitigation.
