This project provided for the improvement of Upper Finney Creek Bridge to seismically retrofit the structure utilizing drilled shafts, cast-in-place shaft cap beams, and girder bolsters, rock dowels, modified concrete desk overlay, and structural earth walls. R&E is providing inspection services for the duration of the construction.
