SR9 Sewer Extension
Client Name: City of Sedro-Woolley, WA
Construction Cost: $150,000 (local funding)
The goal of this project was to extend sewer service to the North of Sedro-Woolley along State Route 9 providing sewer service to Fire station 2 and possibly all residents within the northern City limits. The overall scope of work performed by R&E on this project included: conveyance analysis, preliminary plans, budget analysis, construction plans and specifications, project inspection, contract administration, and construction management. Among three design alternatives provided to the City for consideration, this project included the installation of 1000 lineal feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer, wetland delineation, bore and jack 18” steel casing, and HMA road patch.
