R&E along with KPFF Consulting Engineers provided the design, permitting, plans, specifications and estimate for this single span 45 degree skew precast concrete girder bridge. The bridge is being constructed over what will become the new Pepin Creek, connecting to the existing channel downstream. R&E is also providing construction management and inspection services during the construction phase of this project.
