The goal of this project was to remove as much of the old City Hall structure as possible while maintaining the existing utilities surrounding the building. Reichhardt & Ebe provided design evaluation services for alternatives, feasibility review, preliminary cost estimates, final design services including plans, specifications, and a cost estimate prior to advertisement for bids. R&E provided construction management services and construction inspection during the demolition process.
